Membership-Based Primary Care (Emerald Valley Executive Medicine)
LuLu's Emerald Valley Executive Medicine (EVEM) program caters to philanthropic women who desire the elite level of care unique to having a personal Primary Care Provider (PCP). In turn, the program uses a portion of membership fees to help women who are in need of medical services but cannot afford or access healthcare. EVEM is ideal for local or visiting clients requiring discrete, top tier medical care and coordination in the Las Vegas Metro area. Members of EVEM receive the following services: Women's sexual medicine services and gynecologic services as listed above. Additionally, members receive comprehensive, integrative primary care services.
- House Call, or "Hotel Call" visits for in-person consultations, physical exams, and minor procedures
- Annual health maintenance exams using Nella's Ceek Speculum-- the most comfortable speculum on the market!
- Ordering/Interpretation of personalized, age-related screening tests such as: Paps, mammograms, DEXA (osteoporosis screening), colonoscopy or Cologuard, and lab-work to screen for cardiovascular and endocrine problems
- Prompt Clinic or Telemedicine visits for primary care concerns, gynecological problems, and minor psychiatric problems
- Risk Assessment for genetic cancers and other genetic health problems, including genetic testing and/or referral to geneticist if indicated
- Referral coordination for specialty visits when indicated
